Buckle up and hop into the front seat as Fredi Lilius’s hit stand-up show, *ADHD SUPERVOIMA* (ADHD Superpower), returns in the autumn of 2026!
54-year-old Fredi Lilius is back on stage, bringing his ADHD along for the ride. "How do you think that went?" is a question he’s heard his whole life. Your place is a total disaster zone, and just as you start cleaning, you end up repairing a remote-controlled sailboat you stumbled upon.
What’s life like for Fredi with an ADHD diagnosis? Is he the life of the party or the guy disrupting the peace in a classic Finnish queue for free buckets? Is a morning walk on the African savanna—surrounded by predators—a threat or an opportunity?

Living with an ADHD diagnosis isn't exactly the easiest task in the world. Medical science and neuropsychology experts have made life significantly easier compared to the days when I was a small child in the 70s.
It’s great meeting people, chatting, and circulating between tables at parties to hear everyone’s stories—but when I get home, I sleep for a week because my brain is as seized up as a rusty diesel engine found in an old barn.
