Moon Shot, set to release a new album this autumn, is coming to Kehräämö! The band comprises musicians familiar from Lapko, Disco Ensemble, and Children of Bodom: Ville Malja, Jussi Ylikoski, Mikko Hakila, and Henkka Seppälä. Moon Shot’s third album, *Thunderlust*, is due out this autumn, and the band will be touring both at home and in Central Europe in support of the release.

Moon Shot’s debut album, *Confession*, was released in the autumn of 2021; the band toured extensively across Europe—including dates supporting Danko Jones—in addition to playing shows in their home country. Their second album, *The Power*, was released in the spring of 2024 via the German label Reaper Entertainment, with singles such as "Blackened Spiral" and "Yes" climbing to the top of German rock radio charts. Produced by Jussi Ylikoski, Julius Mauranen, and Grammy winner David Bottrill (known for work with Tool, The Smashing Pumpkins, Muse, and Placebo, among others), the album has taken the band on extensive festival and club tours across Europe.
