Jape Grönroos is a stalwart of Finnish stand-up—a man who refuses to wither, no matter how much the climate warms or trends shift. Having graced the stage since 2003, Jape isn’t one for airs and graces.
He tells it like it is. Sometimes he gets it wrong. Often, he’s too loud. And he always leaves someone wondering on the way home: "Was he actually allowed to say that?"
Expect honest, unfiltered, and irreverent comedy from a man who knows exactly which buttons to push to get a reaction from the crowd.
Jape isn’t coming to town alone. He’s bringing along the evening’s warm-up act, Amir Amokrane—a man Jape himself predicts will be Finland’s next stadium-filling comedian. Amir brings a fresh energy and a level of audacity to the stage that might even make a seasoned pro wince.
