Miiko Toiviainen was chosen as the Young Elocusionist of the Year in 2018. Kepeä elämäni came into being when Miiko was asked to create a monologue for the Kajaani Poetry Festival 2019. It became an instant hit.
After its premiere the show has been performed 80+ times in 20 different locations, including Stockholm. In February 2020 the monologue won the title of Best Monologue at the Finnish Monologue Competition. Later that spring Miiko was awarded the title of Theatre Actor of the Year by the Finnish Actors' Union.
